With over 12 years of experience in the operations domain, Rajesh has been associated with Planet EDU in the area of IELTS Test administration, since his joining the company in 2002. He has grown in the system from being a test administrator, which gives him the unique understanding of the ground realities and challenges while keeping an eye on the top-level processes and systems, including its continuous improvement and development. Rajesh has developed specialised skills in imposter detection, which is a very critical aspect of the secure test administration. Rajesh is a team player and manages the IELTS test administration team across India and Bhutan which is part of the IELTS Service Provider arrangements with IDP Education a joint owner of the IELTS test. Prior to taking over as the Manager for IELTS test operations, Rajesh was the Centre Exams Manager for the Cambridge English Language Assessments at Planet EDU-an Authorised Test Centre.
