Australian Pharmacy Council
The independent accreditation agency for Australian Pharmacy, it accredits pharmacy schools and programmes, conducts written examinations on behalf of the Pharmacy Board of Australia that must be passed prior to sitting the final oral competency assessment and assesses the qualifications and skills of overseas trained pharmacists and international students graduating from an Australian pharmacy program to determine their eligibility to apply to commence the registration process. The members include Australian pharmacy professional bodies, academic bodies, the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, and other members of the Australian pharmacy profession.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
The world’s proven English language test for over 25 years. It is accepted by over 9,000 organisations worldwide as a secure, valid and reliable indicator of true-to-life ability to communicate in English for education, immigration and professional accreditation. IELTS is jointly owned by British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment through more than 1,000 test centres and locations in over 140 countries. Last year more than 2.2 million tests were taken globally.
Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), USA
An integral part of the law school admission process in the United States, Canada, and a growing number of other countries. LSAT provides a standard measure of acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools can use as one of several factors in assessing applicants. The LSAT test is owned by the not for profit Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) and has over 222 law schools as its member and is taken by over 100,000 candidates each year. LSAC also processes over 60,000 academic credentials for law school applicants annually.
Occupational English Test (OET), Australia
An international English language test that assesses the language and communication skills of healthcare professionals who seek to register and practise in an English-speaking environment. It provides a valid and reliable assessment of all four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – with an emphasis on communication in medical and health professional settings across 12 professions; Dentistry, Dietetics, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Radiography, Speech Pathology and Veterinary Science. The OET is administered up to 10 times a year and in over 40 locations around the world and is jointly owned by Cambridge English Language Assessment and Boxhill Institute, Australia.
